We would love to have your student join us at Elevate Enrichment! To enroll in our program, first call or email to check on availability in the class you are interested in joining. Once told to proceed, print the below form and email it to ElevateEnrichmentTN@gmail.com. (Sorry! We do not have online enrollment capabilities yet!) Once the form and $75 registration fee have been received (check or Venmo), your student will be added to the class roster. As always, feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
